Rapid mapping and workflow setup
Perceives, adapts and acts onboard
Coordinated multi-robot operation
Faster high-frequency pallet pickup
3D LiDAR, depth cameras and sensor fusion
PUDU Link, APIs, voice, task buttons and compatible IoT equipment
Standardized pallet automation
Multi-sensor navigation, edge intelligence and onboard AI allow MP2000 to map its environment and configure workflows without dedicated reflectors, QR codes, extensive site modification or a complex platform rollout.
Built for real warehouse conditions
MP2000 brings storage occupancy recognition, load-carrier learning and clearance assessment into one onboard decision loop so the robot can adapt to changing warehouse conditions.

Works with common three-runner and perimeter-base pallet formats.

Learns custom carrier dimensions and characteristics for precise fork engagement and stable transport.
MP2000 recognizes occupied and open storage positions, identifies pallet placement and selects the appropriate pickup or drop-off target.
The robot adapts to pallet placement variance up to 15 cm in position and 15° in angle, reducing manual repositioning.
MP2000 measures load dimensions, contours and available passage space, including thresholds up to 10 mm and gaps up to 35 mm, before planning a safe route.

Multi-robot coordination
Each robot can make decisions and plan routes independently, while inter-robot communication coordinates tasks across the fleet. Fleet collaboration can continue in offline environments, supporting orderly operation when external connectivity is unavailable.
High-frequency material movement
An optimized fork-handling process completes fork entry in as little as 20 seconds, while loaded and unloaded travel speeds help reduce cycle time across repetitive warehouse and factory workflows.

MP2000 can complete a 90-degree pallet pickup in aisles as narrow as 2 m and work with load-carrier spacing down to 15 cm, helping facilities use existing storage space efficiently.

Multi-layer perception
Depth cameras, 3D LiDAR and a multi-sensor safety stack monitor people, equipment and obstacles across multiple heights in mixed human-robot environments.

Monitors the operating area around the robot for safer navigation.

Detects moving obstacles and intelligently avoids or stops in real time.

Plans around fixed obstacles when a safe route is available.
Operator control when it matters
MP2000 handles routine tasks autonomously while allowing operator assistance when needed, balancing automation efficiency with direct control.

Flexible workflow integration
Tasks can be dispatched through PUDU Link, APIs, voice commands or task buttons. Compatible deployments can also integrate with elevator controls, automatic doors and other IoT equipment.
